Rory Calhoun

Rory joined the team in 2017 and is an essential part of our operations inside and outside the tasting room. If he is not zooming on his 4 wheeler overlooking the vineyard, he will be wearing a chef's hat in our kitchen, or cracking jokes behind the bar.

With over 20 years of wine making experience in Southern Oregon, His German heritage is shown in every bottle he touches.

Emily joined the team in Spring of 2022. Her kindness and bright spirit radiates across the room. She is a florist in heart, has a great taste for vintage treasures and has impeccable standards when it comes to aesthetics.

Maja Stachurska

Born and raised in the vineyard, Maja will surprise you with incredible knowledge for such a young age. Currently she is learning the ins and outs of the kitchen.

 Graduated from SOU in 2023 from the Theatre Program. Samuel is not only an expert of our wines, you will also find him hosting our monthly Q Night and Drag Bingo along multiple summer outdoor drag shows here at Paschal and around the valley.

Yaya has been part of Paschal family since 2016. After a brief break to travel and work in non-profit organizations, she came back as a Tasting Room Manager.
