 Rates

 ~ Day Rental Private Party/Meeting~

Includes lower level and heated patio outside.  This option is perfect for birthday parties, Business Meetings or smaller events.     The space may be utilized between the hours of 11:00am and 5:00pm.  A member of our staff will be provided at an additional charge of $15.00 an hour.  The lower level can comfortably accommodate 65 guests seated theater style, 50 guests with tables and 70 standing and socializing.  The outside patio is available weather permitting.

Pricing is as follows: 

Monday through Thursday: 11am to 5pm

1-50 guests       $75.00/ hr.

51-100 guests    $150.00/hr.

101-150 guests   $200.00/hr.

Friday through Sunday:      11am to 5pm 

1-50 guests        $100.00/hr.

51-100 guests     $200.00/hr.

101-150 guests   $250.00/hr.

**If using the lower patio where set-up is required, an additional charge of $25.00-$50.00 an hour will apply.

**A deposit of the first hour is required to secure the date. There is a 2 hour minimum and any event over 50 guests requires a minimum of 2 cases of wine. White linen is available at $6.00/table.

***The upstairs tasting room can be used and the rates will be set depending on the event, set-up required and time of year.

~  Evening Rental Private Party~

 Monday through Thursday:  5pm to 10:00pm

1-50 guests       $150.00/hr.

51-100 guests   $250.00/hr.

101-150 guests $300.00/hr.

Friday through Sunday:       5pm to 11:00pm

1-50 guests       $200.00/hr.

51-100 guests    $300.00/hr.

100-150 guests  $350.00/hr.

**A deposit of the first hour is required to secure the date. There is a 3 hour minimum and any event over 50 guests requires a minimum of 2 cases of wine. White linen is available at $6.00/table.

** If All Facility is used the rates will be adjusted.

Wedding Packages:

~Rental fee includes use of Lower Level Banquet Room and covered patio with overhead heaters if needed.  Tables, chairs, white linen and wine glasses are included in the fee.  Candle centerpieces and flower vases are available for your use.   Complimentary champagne is provided for the special couple.  Use of the” Guest Cottage” is available for the bride and her bridesmaids for 3 hours prior to the event.(at a $50.00 non refundable cleaning fee).  Additional fees will apply if “All Facility” is used and staffed.

Wedding Rehearsal:  Please note that rehearsal times may have to be adjusted depending on what we have booked at the Winery.

***One server will be needed for up to 60 guests and an additional server for over 60 at the rate of 15.00/hr. A 10% gratuity will be added to the total alcohol sale.

Event deposits are refundable if the event is cancelled within 6 months prior to the event.   If the date is re-booked, ½ of the deposit will be refunded.A deposit in the amount of $500.00 is required to secure the date of the event.  This deposit will go towards your final payment.  A damage deposit (refundable) of $150.00 is required along with the rental deposit. The Facility Rental balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event.  All other charges including wine will be paid the “Day of”.( This does not include a 10% gratuity on total wine sales which will go to the required staff.)

Liability Insurance:  A 1000,000. (Million dollar rider/umbrella coverage) must accompany an event of 50 guests or more.  If you go through your own insurance, Paschal Winery must be added on as additionally insured to your policy and must include liquor liability coverage.   This insurance is also available through www.eventinsurancenow.com  (ex. 223 if help needed) or  at www.GalesCreek.com or call (503) 227.0491 to obtain the liability insurance for your event.

Cancellation Policy :   Event deposits are refundable if the event is cancelled within 6 months prior to the event.   If the date is re-booked, ½ of the deposit will be refunded.

Damages:   A damage deposit will be required.  A damage assessment will be made at the end of the event and refunded the following week. 

Parking:  Paschal Winery can accommodate up to 80 parking spaces for you and your guests.

Food and Beverage :   Paschal Winery works closely with a number of outstanding local caterers who can help make recommendations and coordinate your menu with you.  We will provide you with a list of preferred caterers; however, you are more than welcome to work with whomever you choose.  We will work with you to pick out your favorite Paschal Wines for your special event.  Only Paschal wine can be served.  A 10% discount will be given on all wine purchases with a 2 case minimum for Weddings and Large Events.   Other still wines and hard liquor are not allowed on the premises.  Glassware for the wine is provided and the caterer is obligated to provide the dinnerware, soft drinks and coffee if so desired.                                                                                                                      

** Guests under the age of 21 will not be served alcohol.

Liability :   Paschal Winery shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to you or your guests' personal property caused by an act of God, any third party whether willful negligent, or any accident not caused by an employee or contractor of Paschal Winery. A $15.00 per glass fee will be applied for breakage.

Decorations :   Decorations may only be used that, in our judgment, will not damage any surfaces.  No nails, tacks, confetti or similar substances are allowed.  Candles may be used only in votives.  Please consult with us in advance to avoid potential problems.  Please alert the event manager of any deliveries to be made by outside vendors or entertainment.  Paschal Winery will be happy to place any pre-made decorations per your specifications at no additional charge.  All décor must be completely arranged, unpacked, ready for placement and at the winery one day prior to the event.  Please remove all decorations and take them with you when you leave.

 The caterer is required and responsible for the set up and break down of any or all food services.   Any excessive cleaning left for winery employees will be billed to you at $50.00 per hour.

Noise Considerations :  No LOUD amplfied speakers are allowed.  Acoustic instruments are fine and we ask that you just be considerate of the neighbors…  You are more than welcome to use our equipment for I-pod/mp3

Non-Profit events are welcome!  A special rate of $100.00 hour will apply. For larger all facility events the rate will be adjusted to $125.00 hour.  Please call the events department for our seasonal rates.  Rates will be adjusted depending on number of people and time of day...

Following are the terms regarding above event:

During the event, Paschal Winery shall not be held liable for any damage or loss caused by an act of God, an act of any third party, whether willful or negligent, or any accident not caused by one of our employees.

You assume full responsibility for your guests, theft or damage to guest property and loss or damage to winery property during the time the event takes place. 

Rental period begins at _______and ends after breakdown of any equipment.

Facility rental fee is $______per hour.  Payment is due in full immediately following the event.

Only Paschal wine may be served. Beer and Champagne are allowed and available when prearranged.

If not using a caterer and bringing in your own food, NO food may be prepared on the property and their is limited space for refrigeration.  All personal decorations/garbage must leave with you.

No speakers are allowed at the lawn.

Paschal Winery is responsible for set up and Breakdown of tables and chairs.

Other charges : 1) Servers charge (if needed) – at $15/hour per server . 2) Wine Glass breakage at $15/glass.  3)Linen rental at $6.00 per table for private parties.

Cancelation policy:  Event deposit is refundable if cancelled 6 months prior to event.  If the date is re-booked 1/2 the deposit will be refunded.
