Special Private Events ~ 2010 ratesPlease consider holding your reception, fundraiser, private party or dinner in our gracious Italian-style tasting room! Enjoy the stunning vista of vineyards, pear orchards, Cascade foothills, and Siskiyou summits while entertaining your guests inside or on the pond-side lawn. Our warm and hard-working staff will make sure your event becomes an unforgettable experience!
Event SpecificsAll event pricing includes: ~Set up and take down of event ~ Option A ~ Day Rental Includes lower level and heated patio outside. This option is perfect for birthday parties, business meetings or smaller events. The space may be utilized between the hours of 11:00am and 6:00pm. A member of our staff will be provided at an additional charge of $10.00 an hour. The lower level can comfortably accommodate 65 guests seated theater style, 50 guests with tables and 70 standing and socializing. The outside patio is available weather permitting. Pricing is as follows: Monday through Thursday: 11am to 6pm ~ $50.00 each hour for up to 50 guests. More than 50 guests is $75.00 an hour. Friday through Sunday: 11am to 6pm~ $75.00 each hour for up to 50 guests. More than 50 guests is $100.00 an hour. Day Rental for Weddings Friday through Sunday: 11:00am to 6:00pm ~ $150.00 each hour for up to 50 guests. More than 50 guests is $250.00 an hour. ** A minimum of 3 hours is required for Weddings and Large Events A rental deposit in the amount of $150.00 is required to secure the date of the event. This deposit will go toward the final payment. A damage deposit (refundable) of $150.00 is required in addition to the rental deposit. * We will ask for Liability Insurance for over 50 guests. The rates may be adjusted seasonally. Option B ~ Evening Rental/Events under 50 GuestsTasting Room, upper level deck or lower level room. This option is perfect for weddings, holiday parties or corporate functions. (One or two members of our staff will be provided depending on the magnitude of the event at an additional charge of $10.00 per hour per server). The Tasting Room can comfortably accommodate 50-70 guests for a sit down event depending on the area used. We can provide fruit and cheese plates for your event at an additional $20.00 per plate. Please note that you cannot start your event in the tasting room until 6:30pm. Pricing is as follows: Tuesday through Thursday: 7pm to 10pm ~ $200 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours. Friday through Sunday: 7pm to 11pm ~ $275. per hour, with a minimum of 3 hours. A deposit in the amount of $500.00 is required to secure the date of the event. This deposit will go towards your final payment. A damage deposit (refundable) of $150.00 is required along with the rental deposit. ** The rates may be adjusted seasonally. Option C ~ Evening Rental/Events over 50 Guests ALL FACILITY: Includes Tasting room, upper level deck and/or lower level room. This option is perfect for weddings, holiday parties or corporate functions. (One or two members of our staff will be provided depending on the magnitude of the event at an additional charge of $10.00 per hour per server). The whole facility (inside and outside) can accommodate 125 guests, weather permitting. We can provide fruit and cheese plates at an additional $20.00 per plate. Please note that you cannot start your event in the tasting room until after 6:30. Pricing is as follows: Tuesday through Thursday: 7pm to 10pm ~ $350 per hour, with a minimum of 3 hours. Friday through Sunday: 7pm to 11pm ~ $400 per hour, with a minimum of 3 hours. A deposit in the amount of $500.00 is required to secure the date of the event. This deposit will go towards your final payment. A damage deposit (refundable) of $150.00 is required along with the rental deposit. * We will ask for Liability Insurance for over 50 guests. The rates may be adjusted seasonally. Non-Profit events are welcome! A special rate of $75.00 hour will apply.Please call the events department for our seasonal rates. Rates will be adjusted depending on number of people and time of day... Liability Insurance: A 1000,000. (million dollar rider/umbrella coverage) must accompany an event of 50 guests or more. If you go through your own insurance, Paschal Winery must be added on as additionally insured to your policy and must include liqour liability coverage. This insurance is also available through Gales Creek Insurance. You can visit their website at www.GalesCreek.com or call (503) 227.0491 to obtain the liability insurance for your event. Cancellation Policy : Event deposits are refundable if the event is cancelled within 90 days prior to the event. After 90 days, if the date is re-booked, ½ of the deposit will be returned. Damages: A damage deposit will be required. A damage assessment will be made at the end of the event and refunded the following week. For Weddings the final payment is due the day before at rehersal practice to avoid money transactions the day of the event. Parking: Paschal Winery can accommodate up to 80 parking spaces for you and your guests. Food and Beverage : Paschal Winery works closely with a number of outstanding local caterers who can help make recommendations and coordinate your menu with you. We will provide you with a list of preferred caterers, however, you are more than welcome to work with whomever you choose. We will work with you to pick out your favorite Paschal Wines for your special event. Only Paschal wine can be served. A 10% discount will be given on all wine purchases with a 2 case minimum for Weddings and Large Events. Other still wines and hard liquor are not allowed on the premises. Glassware for the wine is provided and the caterer is obligated to provide the dinnerware, soft drinks and coffee if so desired. ** Guests under the age of 21 will not be served alcohol. Liability : Paschal Winery shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to you or your guests' personal property caused by an act of God, any third party whether willful negligent, or any accident not caused by an employee or contractor of Paschal Winery. Decorations : Decorations may only be used that, in our judgment, will not damage any surfaces. No nails, tacks, confetti or similar substances are allowed. Candles may be used only in votives. Please consult with us in advance to avoid potential problems. Please alert the event manager of any deliveries to be made by outside vendors or entertainment. Paschal Winery will be happy to place any pre-made decorations per your specifications at no additional charge. All décor must be completely arranged, unpacked, ready for placement and at the winery one day prior to the event. We will be happy to set up the tables and chairs and set out the linens, however, the caterer is required and responsible for the set up and break down of any or all food services. We ask that the caterer leave us with clean tables so breakdown at the end of the evening goes smoothly and helps you avoid clean up charges. Any excessive cleaning left for winery employees will be billed to you at $50.00 per hour. Linen Rental : White table linen is available upon request. Noise Considerations : No additional speakers are allowed outside on the lawn, however, acoustic instruments are allowed inside the Tasting Room and/or outside on the lawn. You are more than welcome to use Paschal’s five disc CD player and MP3 hookup.

During the event, Paschal Winery shall not be held liable for any damage or loss caused by an act of God, an act of any third party, whether willful or negligent, or any accident not caused by one of our employees. You assume full responsibility for your guests, theft or damage to guest property and loss or damage to winery property during the time the event takes place. Rental period begins at _______and ends after breakdown of any equipment. Facility rental fee is $______per hour. Payment is due in full immediately following the event.
